Hosting provider incident: Twelver is back up

Twelver is available again, now on new servers. Here is what happened, what we are restoring and what it means for you.

What we’re doing

  • Twelver runs on new servers; the database is restored from a backup.
  • Recent YooKassa payments are being reconciled and credited back to accounts.
  • Streaks: days affected by the incident count automatically — send a message today, as usual, to keep yours going.
  • Files that survived in storage are returning to your Archive; original file names may be replaced with generated ones.

Frequently asked questions

My recent chats are gone. Can they be recovered?
Some recent messages were not in the backup, so they cannot be restored. Your earlier history is in place, and new chats are saved as usual.
I paid recently. What happens to my payment?
Your payment is not lost: we are reconciling every payment with YooKassa and crediting it back to the account. If something is still missing afterwards, contact us.
Will I lose my streak?
No. Days affected by the incident count automatically. Send a message today to keep the streak going.
